Pets

Killing an open-world monster drops its soul; enough souls unlock that monster as a pet-mount and further souls level it. Every pet you own adds permanent stats — shared across your characters on the server — whether it is equipped or not, and the same collecting feeds each family’s Genus Insight rolls.

292 pets across five families. Every pet in a family grants the identical stat ladder, so what matters is only how many of each family you own and their level. Souls per pet run 15 / 50 / 100 / 180, so 15 unlocks it, 65 gets it to level 2 and 165 to level 3. The level cap is 5 on TW; Global launches capped at level 3, so the level 4–5 stats below (including every Family Damage Boost) are not reachable there yet.

Soul sources beyond field kills: open-world cubes drop 5-soul bundles, the black merchant’s pet tab sells 5 souls of a rotating pet hourly, and the pet daily dungeon pays out roughly 10 souls per chest across dozens of chests — the single biggest faucet, and worth running on alts since the progress is shared.

Each family has an Analysis track of 9 slots; slot N opens at analysis level N. Souls earned for an already-maxed pet convert into that family’s insight crystals, which fuel Analyze rolls — one kill, one crystal. Two other faucets: duty quests roll crystals among their random rewards, and the Odelium Repository daily dungeon pays out in pet growth chests. One roll rerolls every unlocked slot at once from that slot’s option pool at its grade — lock the lines you want to keep, knowing each lock makes later rolls more expensive. Grades run Common · Rare · Legendary · Unique · Mythic, with better pools and roughly doubled values at the top.

Your analysis level decides which grades can roll. Early levels turn up mostly Common and Rare lines; Unique becomes likely as you climb, and Mythic only opens at levels 9 and 10. That is the argument for pushing a track to 10 before you start locking anything — every lock you place at level 6 is a line you rolled from a worse pool.

Slots share option tables in fixed groups, identical across families:

Slots Pool Pick
3, 9 Damage multipliers: Damage Boost and its Weapon / Critical / Front / Back / PvE / family variants, Smite, Perfect Chance, plus the generic flat linesSmite — always (1.2 – 2.4% at Mythic). These are its only two slots, it appears at Unique+ grade only, at ~5% per roll — lock any high roll on sight
2, 5, 8 Flat attacks: Attack Bonus, Max Attack, Critical / Front / Back Attack, Boss Attack, PvE Attack, plus crit / accuracy / HP fillers Attack Bonus (8 – 16 at Mythic) — it sits inside the percentage multipliers, and Max Attack behind it
1, 4, 7 Defenses: Defense, Block, HP, crit-resist and positional defenses, plus Critical Hit, Accuracy Bonus and Boss Attack Critical Hit / Accuracy Bonus until you reach the 80% caps, then Boss Attack
6 Tolerances: Damage Tolerance and its variants, Endurance, Regeneration Cap filler; a high PvE Damage Tolerance roll is acceptable

The Special track breaks the pattern: slots 1/2/4/5/7/8 share one all-offense pool (Attack Bonus, Max Attack, Penetration, Power Shard Damage…) — the defense slots build offensively too. Slots 3/9 keep the multiplier pool, with Smite rolling at every grade instead of Unique+; slot 6 stays tolerances.

Each track has three roll pages — a practical split is one PvP page, one short-term page that fills your crit and accuracy caps, and one long-term page you slowly perfect.

Verdicts follow the site’s Key Stats tiers.

Verdict Line Where
ChaseSmite (S tier) Genus slots 3 and 9, every family, every class
Chase Attack Bonus Genus slots 2, 5, 8
Chase Critical Hit and Accuracy Bonus Genus slots 1, 4, 7 until capped — the pet collection’s own 112 crit + 184 accuracy count toward the same caps
Free Everything in the collection tables Just kill trash on your path while levelling; the stats bank account-wide and never expire
Skip Perfect Chance D tier — roll over it even on slots 3/9
Skip Penetration, Power Shard Damage, attack variants (Critical / Front / Back / PvE Attack) Attack variants sit outside the percentage multipliers; Penetration is throttled by its ×0.1 coefficient — see the attack formula
Skip Defensive and tolerance rolls beyond slot 6 Offense is king in PvE; slot 6 already covers the defensive budget

Stat ladders, soul costs and roll pools are from the TW client dump (2026-08); slot picks are community-tested TW meta. Global launches with pet level capped at 3 and, as far as is known, all 9 insight slots live.
